Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the InstaQuote platform, website, or mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and representing that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
InstaQuote provides an AI-powered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to parse, extract, and convert Microsoft Excel spreadsheets into functional web and mobile quoting applications. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to continuous updates and improvements.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content: You retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Excel files, pricing logic, formulas, business logic, and any other data you upload to the Service ("User Content"). InstaQuote claims no ownership over your proprietary business models.
Our Platform: InstaQuote retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform itself, including the AI extraction engine, user interfaces, generated app templates, and underlying codebase.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of InstaQuote, you agree NOT to:
- Upload files containing malicious code, macros, or malware.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the InstaQuote AI parsing engine.
- Upload data that violates third-party intellectual property rights or contains sensitive personal information (PII) not relevant to quoting processes.
5. Limitation of Liability
While our AI strives for perfect accuracy in parsing Excel formulas, InstaQuote is not liable for any financial losses, lost deals, or damages resulting from incorrect calculations, parsed formulas, or generated quotes. It is your responsibility to test and verify the generated web/mobile application logic against your original Excel file before deploying it to your sales team.
6. Subscription & Cancellation
Fees for the Service are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected during signup. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account and associated applications will be deactivated.
