End-User Data: Information generated when your sales representatives use the web or mobile applications generated by InstaQuote.

3. How We Use AI and Your Data

InstaQuote utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to parse and understand your uploaded Excel files. Please note:

Your proprietary pricing models and formulas are processed securely in isolated environments.
We do NOT use your private business data or uploaded spreadsheets to train our underlying public AI models.
Data is strictly used to generate your specific web and mobile quoting interfaces.

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement enterprise-grade technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk. This includes at-rest and in-transit encryption (AES-256 and TLS 1.3). We retain your data only for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, all uploaded Excel files and generated logic are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
